The Beyond Road Show: Training and Networking Event


In today’s business world, more and more companies have employees spread across the country. The New York Times reports that 43% of Americans spend at least some time working remotely. How are organizations promoting cohesive business practices and a strong culture in this environment? Beyond impacts employees in all corners of the nation by taking leadership, training and product experts on the road.

The Beyond Road Show is a series of employee meetings designed to discuss new products, best practices and sales strategies with the entire Beyond team. In the last two months of 2018, we gathered hundreds of sales professionals across cities from Chicago to Charlotte to Dallas. In December, over 90 sales professionals attended the west coast event outside Los Angeles. As a result of live stream technology, Beyond experienced great participation from those who could not physically attend. Both employees of Beyond and current prospects tuned in for training sessions on the evolving suite of products and discussions on pertinent company-wide information. Due to the positive response to the format of the meetings as well as favorable recruiting results, Beyond is excited to continue the Road Show in New York February 12-13 and in Detroit February 14-15.

Consistently a central theme of the events, the Beyond Promises outline the our foundational commitments to our clients. The ever-changing state of the payment processing industry means that many transactions companies resort to deceptive or unclear practices at the expense of their customers. Beyond, however, stands firm on values of transparency and honesty, the common thread behind their Beyond Promises.

A defining moment of the California show was the unveiling of the Beyond Promises for Sales Professionals, ten principles Beyond released as a contractual agreement for its sales team.
