Last month, our company gathered for the Beyond Bash in Louisville, KY, home of the Beyond Service Center, to celebrate our mission and success as a company. Not only did the event serve as a motivator for our employees, it was also an opportunity for product and sales leaders to further educate our Sales team on our product offerings and the latest industry trends.
Connecting with the Louisville Service Center
Traditionally, sales and support are often two very isolated departments. However, creating a culture where they work together allows customers to experience a more cohesive, and likely positive, brand interaction. At Beyond, one of our greatest assets is our US-based Service Center. Our outstanding Client Support team, available via Live Chat, text, and phone, are committed to helping our Business Advocates and clients solve problems and get the assistance they need. Bash attendees had the opportunity to visit the Service Center, learn about the growing office, and personally thank the team members who help them every day.
Understanding Beyond’s integrated business services
At Beyond, we believe that continually educating our workforce is the key to driving business innovation. In an ever-changing industry, we are always adding to our robust suite of solutions and enhancing product features and functions. The Sales team had the opportunity to meet with Product Owners and discuss each product’s unique offerings and capabilities.
